Golden Adygea is an individual farming enterprise specializing in the production of cured meat delicacies and cheeses made from whole cow's milk, naturally smoked using fruit tree sawdust.
Production is based at the company's own livestock farm in an ecologically pristine area in the Caucasus foothills of the Republic of Adygea.

Product class: Premium. The products are certified as organic by the Russian Quality System.
